More Bombs For Baghdad; 39 Killed, 63 Wounded

At least 39 people were killed and 63 more were wounded in prayer day attacks.

In Baghdad, a bomb killed 12 people and wounded 23 more, mostly children, near a Mashtal neighborhood ice cream shop. Five people were killed and 15 more were wounded in a bombing in Allawi.

Six people were killed and 15 more were wounded in a triple bombing at a tourist compound in Dour. Earlier, a roadside bomb targeting police downtown killed one policeman and wounded three more.

Gunmen killed a Yazidi mother and three sons in town of Sinjar.

A bomb left near a Baquba home killed two people and wounded five more from the same family. At a checkpoint, gunmen killed one Sahwa member and wounded another.

In Mosul, a raid at a garage left three policemen and two gunmen dead. Gunmen killed a civilian.

A roadside bomb in Madaen killed a Sahwa leader and his bodyguard.

One civilian was wounded in Kirkuk, when gunmen detonated a bomb near a home, then shot at a gathering crowd.
