14 Killed Across Central and Western Iraq

In Baghdad, eight people were killed and 22 more were wounded when a bomb blew up at a cafe filled with soccer fans. An I.E.D. killed a civilian and wounded seven more in the Doura district.

A suicide bomber in Ramadi killed two people and wounded three more. One of the fatalities was an employee of the electoral commission.

Clashes broke out in Qaim, where a bridge was also blown up. At least three soldiers were killed and two more were wounded.
