Friday: 6 Iraqis Killed, 11 Wounded

At least six Iraqis were killed and 11 more were wounded in today’s violence. Meanwhile, hundreds demonstrated in Baghdad.

Two soldiers were killed and three more were wounded during a blast in Abu Ghraib.

Two Sahwa members were killed in a drive-by shooting in Jurf al-Sakhar.

In Abu Saida, a woman’s body bearing gunshot wounds was found.

Gunmen killed a Sahwa member at his home in Baquba.

In Baghdad, two soldiers were wounded during a shooting at a checkpoint last night. Four people were wounded in Doura during a blast. A shooting in Adhamiya last night left one soldier wounded. Four people were arrested were arrested during a demonstration.

A policeman was shot and wounded while on patrol in Kirkuk.
