Friday: 8 Iraqis Killed, 28 Wounded, 11 Kidnapped

Updated at 7:40 p.m. EDT, Sept. 18, 2009 At least eight Iraqis were killed and 26 more were wounded in the latest attacks. Another 11 were kidnapped.
