At least 174 were killed and 90 were wounded in the violence:

In Samarra, 23 militants were killed.
Peshmerga forces killed 15 militants in Sinjar.
In Mosul, five militants were killed. One of them is believed to be an advisor to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
In Baiji, four militants were killed at the refinery. At least five others were also killed.
