The colonel accuses Ron Paul of "oversimplifying foreign policy" and then proceeds to put forth a crude and very "simplified" criticism of Ron Paul. His argument is that the US must intervene abroad and maintain its vast array of military bases overseas because we have enemies who attack us because we intervene and have a vast array of military bases overseas. "National security" is a scam, a giant self licking ice cream cone.
It is interesting that the colonel ascribes the purest and best intentions to the US government's foreign policies while portraying those countries resisting US domination as maniacal or evil. Talk about oversimplification!
