At least three people were killed, and another 90 were wounded in recent violence:

Three people were killed in Baghdad, and about 90 more were wounded, when security forces fired into a crowd of demonstrators. The pro-militia group was protesting the loss of parliamentary seats in recent elections. Although it was security forces who fired on the protesters, a security source said about 30 of the wounded were security members.
