74 Killed in Iraq; ISIS Attacks Ramadi Army Base

At least 74 were killed and seven were wounded in the latest violence:

At least six suicide bombers were killed during an attack on an army base near Ramadi. The army was forced to pull out due to an undisclosed number of casualties. With the help of airstrikes, the army was able to retake the desert base later.

Security forces rescued 92 civilians from Ramadi, but they also found 12 bodies belonging to civilians presumably killed by Islamic State militants.

A blast in Baghdad left one person dead and seven wounded.

A suicide bomber entered a Daesh camp in Mahlabiya where he killed 20 militants and wounded several more. It is unclear if this was accidental or not.

Twelve militants were killed in the Thar Thar region.

A missile attack killed eight militants in Amiriyat.

Eight militants were killed in Falluja.

In Tal Afar, an airstrike left six militants dead.
