As many as eight guerrillas were killed in Turkish operations against the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (P.K.K.) in northern Iraq.
Twelve more P.K.K. guerillas were killed in earlier Turkish strikes.
A few days ago, nine P.K.K. were killed.
