At least 37 people were killed and 130 more were wounded in a series of blasts around Baghdad. Elsewhere in Iraq, at least 15 people were killed, mostly security forces or their targets. Another 11 were wounded.
Although violence was light, a senior military official and a judge were among today’s victims. Overall, at least nine people were killed and seven more were wounded.
