The bodies of a policeman and a soldier were discovered floating in the Tigris River near Shurqat. The men were kidnapped and decapitated.
Gunmen stormed a Mahmoudiya home and killed a woman. They were looking for a man but killed his sister instead.
A man was arrested while trying to kidnap a child in Fallujah.
