Iraq Daily Roundup: Eight Killed

At least eight people were killed, and one more was wounded in recent violence:

Near Baquba, a bomb killed three soldiers. An attack on a nearby checkpoint left a policeman dead.

A man was seriously injured when an old bomb exploded in Shura.

Turkey reported that airstrikes targeting Kurdistan Workers’ Party (P.K.K.) near Gara left four guerrillas dead.
