At least four people were killed, and two people were wounded:

Two policemen were killed by an explosion in Rashad.

A bomb in Hadhar wounded two militiamen.

Turkish airstrikes killed two members of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (P.K.K.) Meanwhile, Turkish forces launched yet another phase in Turkey’s campaign against the P.K.K. based in northern Iraq.
