Iraqi Airstrike Accidentally Targets Funeral; 40 Killed Across Country

Few militant casualties were reported today. However, at least 40 people were killed. No wounded were reported.

Peshmerga forces have warned that Army and Shi’ite forces cannot enter Jalawla without their permission. Badr Brigades members are in town helping clear explosives under the direction of the Peshmerga.

Fighting continues in Ramadi, particularly the al-Hoz district.

An Iraqi airstrike in Yathrib accidentally killed two brothers from the Albu Hishma tribe. Later, a second airstrike killed 15 people attending the funeral.

In Mosul, militants killed 10 doctors who had refused to treat their wounded.

Two militants were killed in Bablan.

In Bani Saad, four militants were killed.

Seven militants were killed in Baiji.
