IEDs Kill Women Fleeing ISIS; 32 Killed in Iraq

At least 32 were killed and 12 were wounded:

A roadside bomb in the Hamrin Hills killed three women. A separate blast killed a woman and her young daughter. Many more displaced people were able to make their escape.

Militants killed five federal policemen at a base in Rutba. Several more personnel were wounded, and several militants were killed.

Two people were killed and five were wounded when a bomb exploded near a livestock market in Madaen.

Airstrikes on Shura and Kahara, in Nineveh province, left 18 militants dead and seven wounded.

Security forces killed a militant in Zankura.

In Mosul, unidentified gunmen killed an information minister for Daesh.
