At least 37 people were killed and 32 more wounded across Iraq. The worst attack was a triple suicide bombing at a banquet near Baghdad.
Three suicide bombers attacked a banquet being held at a Sahwa members home in Tarmiya. At least 22 people were killed and 11 were wounded, including officers, policemen, soldiers and Sahwa members. Earlier reports confused the injured with fatalities.
In Mosul, gunmen killed a Christian woman. A roadside bomb killed three soldiers and wounded two more. Police killed a "key terrorist". Gunmen killed a married couple. A federal policeman was wounded in a small arms attack.
