Friday: 4 Iraqis Wounded

At least four people were wounded in two incidents in Mosul and Baghdad. In the United Kingdom, Cabinet Secretary, Sir Gus O’Donnell, said the former Prime Minster Tony Blair was so paranoid about leaks that he didn’t discuss war details with his cabinet.

A bomb targeting police in Mosul wounded three people including a civilian.

In Baghdad, a roadside bomb wounded a civilian.

Four suspects were arrested and a car bomb defused in Hammam al-Alil.

Two Katyusha rockets targeting Kut were discovered and dismantled.

In Numaniya, five suspects were arrested.

A suspected al-Qaeda leader was arrested in Muqdadiya.
