Iraq Weekly Roundup: 11 Killed

At least 11 people were killed in recent violence:

Turkish strikes against Kurdistan Workers’ Party (P.K.K.) left nine dead guerrillas.

Security forces in Daquq killed a suicide bomber trying to attack a restaurant.

A civilian was shot dead by a gunman in Mosul.

Also, rights groups and activists urged the Iraqi government to cease conducting secret executions.
