The Kurdistan Workers’ Party (P.K.K.) and the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran (K.D.P.I.) announced a truce after officials from the Kurdistan Regional Government intervened. A delegation consisting of the two ruling parties in Kurdistan will be sent to work with the rebel groups to maintain peace. Because of the fighting on Sunday, the Iranian government sent reinforcements to the border with Iraq to prevent any incidents. Separately, the P.K.K. may have fired mortars at a Turkish base.
Security forces recovered part of al-Tash, just east of Ramadi. Anqura village was also freed. Several villages were liberated near Baiji.

In Ramadi, an airstrike killed 20 militants and wounded many more at a bomb-making factory.
The bodies of 17 militants were found buried in Saidiya, where a secret camp was destroyed.

Eight militants were killed in Hajaj and Botaama.
Five militants were killed in Garma.
In Tel Abu Jarad, three suicide bombers were killed.
Shelling in Falluja left three militants dead and five more wounded.
Three militants were killed while trying to plant a bomb in Rumailat.
In Baiji, three militants were killed and more were wounded.
One militant was killed in al-Diom.
