In Anbar:
At least 6,000 people have fled Falluja this month due to "indiscriminate" shelling by the Iraqi military. Although the Iraq government has denied using barrel bombs, residents keep describing what appears to be usage of such devices. At least one civilian was killed and five more were wounded due to artillery fire today. Security forces killed three militants.
In Khalidiya, clashes left 15 security members with injuries. Nine gunmen were killed.

A suicide bomber in Mosul killed four soldiers and wounded eight others at a checkpoint. Separately, gunmen assassinated a judge. Gunmen killed a policeman and wounded another.
Gunmen killed four Sahwa members and wounded one more in Yathrib; two more were reported wounded.
Near Baghdad, a bomb killed two Sahwa members and wounded four more.
A civilian was killed and another was wounded in a small arms attack in Wajihiya.
In Saida, gunmen killed a government employee and his wife, and also wounded their son.
