Iraq Chieftain’s Son among 7 Killed, 15 Wounded in Attacks

At least seven people were killed and 15 more were wounded across Iraq.

In Baghdad, two policemen were killed and eight others were wounded in a blast. A bomb in Ghazaliya killed one policeman and wounded three more.

In Mosul, gunmen killed one policeman and wounded another at a checkpoint. Two soldiers were gunned down north of the city.

Gunmen assassinated the son of a chieftain in Madaen.

A bomb targeting police in Saidiya wounded two of them.

A policeman was wounded in a drive-by shooting at a checkpoint in Falluja.
