Sunday: 10 Iraqis Killed, 34 Wounded

At least 10 Iraqis were killed and 34 more were wounded in the latest violence. Meanwhile, Shi’ite cleric Moqtada-al Sadr threatened attacks if any type of U.S. soldier remains after the year-end withdrawal.

Gunmen blew up two houses in Iskandariya, killing six people and wounding 14 others. A separate explosion wounded a mini-bus driver.

A bomb at the Abu Ghraib home of a Sahwa member killed him and his son, while wounding two female family members.

Outside his Khalis home, an Iraqi soldier was shot to death.

A bomb blast killed a Sahwa member in Taza.

In Baghdad, eight people were wounded during blasts in Amiriya.

Five people were wounded in Baquba bomb blasts. Two suspects were arrested.

In Falluja, a sticky bomb wounded two people.

A farmer was wounded when his tractor drove over a bomb near Rashad.

A roadside bomb blast wounded a policeman in Kirkuk.

Near Tikrit, a rocket was found and deactivated.

Five suspects were arrested in Diyala province.
