Turkmen Killed in Bombing at Pool; 30 Killed across Iraq

At least 30 were killed and 51 were wounded:

The Turkish airstrikes on Friday injured three civilians, one of them a child. They also killed a P.K.K. councilman and wounded three guerillas.

A suicide bomber blew himself up at a packed swimming pool in Tuz Khormato. A second bomber struck when first responders arrived. The two attacks left 12 dead and 45 wounded. Most of the bathers belonged to the Turkmen minority group.

Three militiamen were killed in Muqdadiya.

A wanted man blew himself up in Baghdad, when security personnel arrived to arrest him.

A lawyer was shot to death in Latifiya.

In Mosul, militants abducted 182 children, aged 10-15, to train for missions.

Eight militants were killed in Ramadi. At least another two were killed nearby.
