Christians Train To Fight; 115 Killed across Iraq

Iraqi Christians are training to fight. Their militia’s first focus is liberating Mosul. At least 115 people were killed and 42 more were wounded:

Seven security personnel were killed and 10 were wounded in a suicide attack in al-Fatha.

In Albu Souda, 11 soldiers were killed in an attack.

Four civilians were killed and five were wounded by artillery fire in Falluja. Security forces killed 21 militants.

Militants killed six soldiers in Zawbaa.

In Baghdad, a bomb wounded four soldiers.

Security forces killed 25 militants and wounded 20 more in Garma. Two soldiers were killed and three were wounded.

In Samarra, 17 militants were killed.

Ten militants were killed as Peshmerga forces took over the village of Gubayba.

Seven militants were killed in Heitaoyen.

An airstrike killed five militants in Walid.

Five were killed in Amiriyat al-Falluja.

Airstrikes in Haditha killed or wounded dozens of militants.

Many militants were killed in Rutba.
