139 Killed Across Iraq, Mostly in Anbar Province

At least 139 people were killed across Iraq and another 21 were wounded.

In Falluja, another nine Sahwa members were executed.

Four security personnel were killed and eight were wounded at a Jazira checkpoint, when after a suicide bomber approached them pretending to need medical care.

A roadside bomb in Tal Afar killed four Peshmerga and wounded five more.

In Mosul, a former political candidate was executed.

A dumped body was found in Sadr City.

Militants in Zab executed a Sahwa member.

In Sanjak, 28 militants were killed.

Seventeen militants were killed in airstrikes in Kirkuk province.

Fifteen militants were killed when security forces retook a bridge in al-Baghdadi.

Security forces killed 13 militants and wounded eight more in al-Shurtan.

Near Haditha in Juba, 15 militants were killed.

Eight militants were killed and many were wounded during clashes in Haditha’s Albu Hayat district. Another 11 were killed in Sanjak.

In Anbar province, six militants were killed near an army base.

Security forces killed five militants in an Albu Sarot orchard.

Many militants were killed in al-Hajjaj.
