66 Killed in Iraq Bombings and Battles

At least 66 people were killed and 53 were wounded:

In Baghdad, a bomb killed two people and wounded nine in Duwanim. One person was killed and six were wounded by a blast in Nahrawan.

A bomb at a checkpoint in Tarmiya killed six people, including a civilian.

A battle near Samarra left two security members dead and six wounded. Seven militants were killed and 20 were wounded as well.

Roadside bombs in Albu Hayat killed five security members and wounded 12 more.

Peshmerga forces killed 15 militants in Bashary.

Nine militants were killed in Ramadi.

Five militants were killed in Hedan.

In Madheig, four militants were killed.

Four militants were killed in Albu Mari.

Three militants were killed when their tunnel was bombed in Jeraishi.

Security forces killed two militants in Hasiba.

In Mosul, a well-known militant was killed.
