Battles Continue in Anbar; 93 Killed across Iraq

At least 93 were killed and 34 were wounded in recent violence:

In Baghdad, a car bomb on Saadoun Street left four dead and 11 wounded.

The army bombed Kubeisa, where 15 people and seven militants were killed.

A suicide bomber attack at a military base in Garma was followed by a mortar barrage. At least seven security personnel were killed and 11 were wounded.

The bodies of six policemen were discovered near Khalidiya.

In Ramadi, four people were killed and seven were wounded during Iraqi airstrikes. Twenty militants were killed.

Yesterday, 12 security members were killed in a double suicide bombing near Falluja.

An airstrike on Hit left four civilians and three militants dead. Another five people were wounded.

About 35 people were kidnapped in Albu Tu’ma and Hajjaj.

Clashes in Husayba al-Sharqiya left eight militants dead.
